I do things differently than most…

If you pay for a 30 minute session, you’re going to get at least 30 minutes of light.

Every light session includes a consultation prior to going under the light.

It’s important for you to know what to expect and I don’t want you to feel rushed.

Every session begins with a 10 minute intro session.

Then based on your experience with that session, we will plan and adjust for the remainder of your time under the light.

After your session, plan for time to discuss your experience (if you want to).
